This program has answered many of my questions about life meanings and where we are all headed. I am much more at peace with myself and the source where we all originated. In just two days I am much happier as well as less burdened with what I once thought was so important. I have awakened spiritually in ways i would not have expected just days ago. This was much more than I expected and will carry with me from this point on to the end of this life and beyond. I was taught how to meditate in a way that made it possible to see many colors of my aura. I feel reborn without the need to follow strict religious guidelines created mostly by man. I will forever follow the natural energies and ways of the natural universe willingly and acceptingly.
Umesh brought a spirit, energy and positive approach toward the spiritual evolution of the Earth and souls inhabiting it. He covered a broad area in a little time but did a good job in laying a foundation for those new to divine awakening. His primer on meditation techniques was sound and helped refocus what I already practiced. My only criticism was the feeling of rushed presentation and too much focus on continuous feedback on what was being accomplished, taking time away from the accomplishment. I feel our paths were meant to cross and am curious where and how we will connect in the future.
I came into this course a trained metaphysical minister. I was excited to take the training but wasn't sure how much I would really get out of it. This course turned out to be AMAZING! I learned to connect to my Soul and Spirit in much deeper and meaningful ways. The techniques taught are wonderful and universal. No matter what your religious beliefs or what excuses you allow to hold you back, this course will change your life. I am grateful to have been a part of this course and cannot wait to continue onto the higher levels of training. Thank you!
This was such a transformational workshop. It was such a value to me. I now have the capability to meditate a very deep level. I can quiet my mind and see that my ego tries to hold me back. The "Awaken the Divine You" workshop has not only confirmed that I'm a higher power, Umesh has taught me how to access the positive power within. Very Powerful stuff!!!
I came to find out what the Awaken the Divine You course would involve at an evening meeting at The Holistic Self Care Center. Meeting Umesh that night started to stir my spirit and my soul. In a brief 2 hours, I released emotional pain that I had been holding onto for many months. I prayed for the ability to attend the foundation course and it was answered the next morning. Taking this two day seminar has ignited the fire in my soul. I had been searching for answers everywhere but within. The meditations helped me to connect and explore my heart, my soul and find the truth within. I feel prepared to start on my path toward living my most positive and fulfilling life and am eager for more levels of exploration with Umesh and the people from The Golden Space. I feel happier, lighter, more content and excited than I have from taking other similar courses. I am forever grateful.
This has been the most amazing, awakening, loving, compassionate course I have ever been a part of. Before this course I was stressed, angry, trying so hard to obtain my spirituality. This course gave me understanding, peace, contentment, joy, love and a personal one on one relationship with very special people. I learned to love in a way and depth I had never before experienced. I thought I knew and had felt real love before but I was kidding myself because after taking this course I now know what REAL LOVE is and will never forget it. I am now a more understanding, truly loving person who has found true compassion and contentment in my life which I have never had before this in the last 52 years. Umesh and his awesome support system are the REAL thing. They care truly for everyone with a REAL love and compassion and are more than unconditional giving. They care and love all God's children deeply and truly from the heart and are true God send for me. They have helped me realize my true self and my true path. I have reached a place in my life that I never knew existed and am moving forward instead of being stuck. I have seen my true self and such love that I had only been able to imagine or dream of before. For this I cannot thank Umesh and his wonderful support group enough. This course is invaluable and will make a new you. Your loss if you don't accept the wonderful gift that is Umesh Nandwani and his amazing support group who are truly a God sent gift to me and this world. I was asked by my mother to go to the course. Nothing had been explained to me ahead of time, so I didn't really know what to expect. I found the Foundation Course to be very effective. It's designed to begin the instructions for someone who is uninitiated or doesn't know much about higher levels of living a positive well grounded life. I think the average person would find this course very useful if not invaluable. I would recommend this course to just about everyone.
I feel nothing is an accident. A few days before this course a friend asked me to go with her. I did but I thought I was going for my friend. I wanted to support my friend. How mistaken I was. I ended coming without my friend to the foundation level course. I feel so happy, content, loving and sure that this just what I needed in my life. This course has helped me on my spiritual journey. My journey in this life has brought much dis-ease during many moments. Each experience has brought me to this point and I am grateful for having each. It has caused a need to reconnect with who I am. The majority of past issues have been out of my control or at least previously perceived as being out of my control. Experiences / moments have taught me otherwise. A relation to Quantum set me on another path that led to meeting Umesh; it is hard to put into words the love and understanding shared. One needs to have the desire for self exploration and as a close friend told me once, people are scared of their thoughts. Not only must you accept your thoughts but also must have the commitment to change of attitude, behavior, and thought to fully welcome in the energy one feels in self discovery. Life simply to me comes down to choice; we must choose to think positively, to trust in our intentions, to obtain what we desire. Be honest, be true and take action to achieve anything. I have made my commitment to self awakening and openly share my experience with all in the hopes to benefit all; both my learning / growth as well as any beneficial impact I may have on others. The meditation techniques and sessions were great in helping me with my breathing and relaxation. It's something that I'll always have now and will practice and improve on. More than just meditation, this workshop has been an eye-opener and min-opener to my spirituality. To get in tough with my soul and spirit. The workshop, although only a Foundation level, has provided me with more knowledge and experience than I have thought at the start of the workshop. I can't wait to spread the word 'bout this program!!!
For me, it was a miracle at the 11th hour which eventually made it possible for me to make it to this Retreat. I can only say that my Guardian Angels did help me tremendously to manifest this miracle. The Retreat has been transformational for me. It is difficult to describe in words the lessons and exercises we went through. They have been 'awe inspiring' and have to be 'experienced'. There has been a shift in my 'beingness' and my relationship with the DIVINE is being reached at a new level. The benefits of the Retreat and just to be in Nepal is a experience which money cannot buy.
I was guided to learn the truths about who I am and my purpose in this life. This was very powerful and important to me because I now believe I can do what I felt I should do.
After completing the Level 3, I knew this is the start of the meditation and awareness journey for myself. No doubt of the energy and the power of divine source; it is amazing and highly awakened. Thanks to Umesh for guiding us towards the knowledge of our inner soul-self, to be positive and to enjoy our life, to be more true to ourselves, to love ourselves and any of the mankind and things around us. After this level 3, I am changed and reborn towards to my future and next life. I fully understand now that my mission is to help others, and actually also to help myself (through God's will). Thanks to God, The Golden Space, Umesh, my brothers and sisters and thanks to myself for being life.
This Retreat was fantastic. My husband and I were so happy and enjoyed ourselves very much; there were always surprises all the way. The paragliding experience was a big step for us to take, considering my husband's age of 68. We had no knowledge and experience of this sport but went ahead to book a place. It turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Every place we went and things we did had its reasons. Umesh is a marvelous teacher; credit should be given to Umesh and Sheila. The Nepal Retreat was truly profound. I witnessed and personally experienced many miracles and realized the Master I had been searching for all my life was within me. I now see with the eyes of compassion and realize that we all reflect an aspect of each other. Our "attackers" are really a wounded part of our self. The Golden Space courses to-date, for me, have been a conscious evolution of self; becoming the Philosopher, Doer, Healer, the Magician and Master of Self.
I never thought that I always had angels beside me ever since I was born. I realized that I was never alone again. These angels helped me through my ups and downs. I used less of my logical mind and decided to use my heart. I am calmer and feel my heart before I talk and take action. When some thoughts come to me to do something, I now take it positively that the Universe is asking me to follow my heart - hear their message and take actions. I feel peace within and learnt that if I am strong, I can do anything to achieve anything I want. In order for things to change, I must change first. Life is so beautiful now when I feel love everywhere. I realized the power within me and that I can do so much and can actually be a healer! I can bless anyone and anything around me with just one simple method - with love and sincerity. I know my life has been transformed from the moment I started the Basic Meditation Course. I thank The Golden Space and Umesh for bringing light to me so that I can spread the light to the people around me and the world.
